At Pressure Sore Cushions customer satisfaction is our top priority .
We will be glad to return your product within 30 days of your purchase if your product is in NEW condition. Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns for used ROHO Cushions. To ensure that you ordered the correct size, we recommend that you first try the cushion without taking the cover out of the sealed package. Custom cushions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All returns must include the following: original Roho box (with outer shipping box), cover, pump, owner's manual, warranty registration card and patch kit.
All refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If orders are not returned with an outer shipping box over the Roho box, have been taped or tampered with, they are subject to a 50% restocking fee (see resalable condition note). All returns are subject to a full examination of the contents to ensure all has been returned as instructed. RSW Stores reserves the right to returned damaged items back to the customer if guidelines are not followed.
All customers returning their orders are responsible for shipping for their return. We can provide return shipping labels as needed but those charges will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be in resalable condition and covers must be in sealed package to receive credit.
All mattress related products can not be returned if opened.
